Long time gone

I haven't posted anything in like nine months. I start to wonder if it's even worth having this blog in the first place but then something catches my eye or something rubs me the wrong way and I think to myself, "Man I should put that in my blog!"

With the cost of gas these days you never get enough of.."The price of a gallon of gas hit a new record high today". Uhh... Duh.... like its magically going to drop down to a dollar a gallon over night. People in here in the US need to wake up and smell the real world. We've had it pretty good for quite awhile. I would HATE to have to be in Europe at the pump right now. DON'T get me wrong, do I feel there are some VERY VERY VERY rich oil company and oil company executives that are VERY happy about the current price of oil, but average joe consumer isn't.
